Online Coaching With an In-Person Option

Most of my coaching happens online. You get a fully personalised programme, ongoing support, and unlimited adaptations, all delivered through my app. It gives you total flexibility to train when it suits you.

But if you're local to Sheffield, you also have the option to add a monthly in-person technique session. These take place in my private studio in S8, just off Woodseats Road.

It's just you and me: no audience, no intimidating gym environment. It's the perfect way to get hands-on guidance, check your form, and get a confidence boost from having your coach right there beside you.

It's the best of both worlds: the flexibility of online coaching with the reassurance of real-world support when you need it.
