A Clear, Supportive Path to Lasting Strength
Your body is evolving, and so are your needs. What once worked might feel different now, and that's a natural part of your journey through perimenopause. This phase of life is often a whirlwind of responsibilities, and it can leave you feeling stretched thin, wondering how to reclaim your energy and strength.
But that doesn’t mean you need to push harder or add more to your plate. What you need is a smarter, more supportive approach to strength training - one that adapts to your unique journey through perimenopause.

I believe strength training should give you energy, create headspace, and support your life, not compete with it. This isn't about extreme diets or intense gym routines. It’s about a personalised plan that works in your real life.
Imagine:
This is not about doing more; it's about doing what works for you. You deserve a manageable path to feeling strong again - to wake up rested, move with ease, and look ahead to the next decade knowing your body is reliable, sturdy, and ready for whatever you want to do.
Start with a simple plan that works for your life.
Real Women Real Progress
Women just like you are building strength, confidence and energy without extreme routines.

"I'm loving feeling stronger, more toned, and there's a big shift in my mood and energy levels. I started feeling a difference within about 6 weeks of doing 2 sessions a week. I feel like self care was something I never had time for, but now I'm making time for myself, and I’m back out hiking at the weekends without worrying about how my body will cope!”
Emma, 42, dundee
"I knew I needed to future-proof my body but I didn't know where to start. The 1:1 programme has been perfect to make sure what I do manage fits into my life. I typically fit in 2 or 3 30-minute sessions a week, and even when things need to change, I don't feel guilty. I've got so much more headspace from finally prioritising myself and snatching that time to myself a few times a week!”

"It's been the best decision - exercise is a part of my life again, and something that's there just for me! It took a couple of months to find the consistency I needed. I started training at home but I’ve actually joined a gym now and can’t believe I prefer it! I used to be terrified of exercising in front of people and the weights looked intimidating, but now I can use the barbells and find my way round the gym even when it’s busy!”
A Simple Path to Strength and Confidence

This Isn't Generic Online Training.
This is fully personalised 1:1 coaching. Your programme is built around your time constraints, your responsibilities, your experience level, and any perimenopause symptoms. If you have 20 minutes, we use 20 minutes. If life gets busy, we adapt. If your energy dips, we adjust. Strength training should support your life, not compete with it.
My Approach: A Clear Pathway
Months 1-2: Foundation & Real Life Integration.
We start with a full lifestyle audit. Where are the easy wins? We build a plan around your commitments so strength training becomes part of your life, not another stressor.
Months 3-4: Progression & Confidence.
Once you are comfortable, progress becomes tangible. You lift heavier, track improvements, and hit personal bests. Energy improves, headspace clears, and you start trusting your body again.
Months 5-6 and Beyond: Long Term Strength.
There's no finish line when it comes to muscle and bone density. We continue progressing, setting new goals, and building resilience for your 50s, 60s, and 70s.
Why Listen To Me?
Hi, I’m Sally.
I’m a women’s health coach, strength trainer, and perimenopause specialist, and I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the changes in your body.
In my 30s, I went through early menopause, gained 25kg, and was diagnosed with osteopenia. But with the right support and training, I rebuilt my health and my bone density.
The silver lining? It made me an even better coach, so I can help women over 40 do the same: future-proofing their bodies with strength, science, and support.

Pricing, Support & What Happens Next
This is not a generic programme with tiny dumbbells and starvation diets. It's personalised 1:1 support designed to fit your real life.
As an in-person PT, I charged £100 per week for just two workouts - around £400 per month. My online coaching provides significantly more support and flexibility for a fraction of that cost.
For £149/month, you get the complete 1:1 coaching experience:

Frequently Asked Questions
How long am I tied in for?
You're not! I ask you to have a mindset of at least 3 months so we can build sustainable habits, but you are free to leave at any time.
In reality, most of my clients stick with this for 9-12 months, but I don't believe you should need a coach forever. Once you've reached your goals and moved to a maintenance phase, you can downgrade to Strength Essentials.
What if I don't have much time?
Everything is adapted to the time you have available. I have clients who do 2-3 x 20-minute sessions per week, and others who train for 45-60 minutes. We'll decide together what's most realistic for you.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. If you have one, great. If you decide to work out at home, you can start without equipment, though eventually, you will need some dumbbells and resistance bands to make optimal progress.
Is this safe if I have injuries?
Yes. As your coach, it's my job to write a programme that suits your needs and works around any injuries. Everything can be adapted.
The Longer You Wait, The Harder It Becomes
Strength and bone density don't maintain themselves.
Start now, put yourself on your own list, and invest in your future self.
