I don't sell programmes where you "get your abs back in 10 days". I work with you to set realistic expectations and goals around exercise and food, so that you can use your mental energy on everything else going on around you.

I'm so fed up of seeing how confusing the world of fitness and nutrition is, I've created a simple step by step plan that guarantees you results. You'll:
Learn about nutrition with weekly videos so that you understand what to do and why you're doing it. No magic potions or tricks, just science-made-simple and backed up with evidence.
Exercise using personalised workouts programmed just for you. Whether you're working out with me next to you in my private studio, or online following videos on my App, I'll optimise your programme so you're guaranteed to get stronger and fitter.
Check-in with me each week for accountability - we'll make sure you're on track, and tweak your plan so you're getting the most from it.
New content available every week through my website Members Area - I'll take you through everything you need to know step by step.
You'll have complete clarity and peace of mind that what you're doing in your exercise and diet is right for you, and going to get you the results you want.
Regardless of your starting point, I’ll work with you to give you an exercise programme that you’ll enjoy and can stick to. You can give me feedback on the App for every single exercise - if you’re finding them too easy or hard I’ll know about it right away and adjust accordingly. You don’t have to be super strong or super fit - it’s my job as your coach to help you to get better, no matter where you’re starting from.
It’s my job to make sure that you feel you’re moving towards your goals from day 1. In your first coaching call we’ll discuss your starting point and make sure we’ve set realistic goals so that we’re on the same page. It’s really important that you’re honest with me - I can only know what you tell me. The more work you put in, the more you’ll get from working with me.
That’s up to you. If you only have 10 minutes a day, they’ll last 10 minutes. Ideally you’ll be able to do at least 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. We’ll work together to decide what’s realistic - there’s no point in me giving you a plan that you can’t stick to.
I ask that you can set aside 20 minutes a day as a minimum. You might workout on 3 of those days, and watch 5-10minute nutrition videos on the other days of the week. If you can take that time each day for yourself, it'll help you stay on track and keep things in perspective.
We'll adjust the plan. Willpower comes and goes, and that's a fact of real life. The first couple of weeks, when you're likely to be the most motivated, I'll be getting to know you and helping you build some sustainable habits. I call this time 'getting your big rocks in place'. We're not looking for perfection, we're looking to make simple changes with a big impact, and aiming for consistency from there.
Probably. Hopefully you've realised by now that I'm not a drill sergeant. I'll make it as easy as I can for you, but some hard work will of course be required. The most important thing is that you communicate with me - the more information and feedback you give me, the more I can do to help you.
