I understand how hard it can be to find time to exercise after having a baby and put yourself first. I work with my clients to help them reduce overwhelm, build habits that fit into real life and help their long term health, so they can enjoy what’s important to them more.
1
Prioritise Yourself - Without the mum guilt
It's easy to put everyone else first, especially now you have a baby to look after too! Recovering from pregnancy and labour is a bit like rehab - a little goes a long way to helping you feel like YOU again, and avoiding longterm complications. We’ll work together to figure out what’s realistic and what you want to focus on most.
2
Clarity & Peace of Mind
It’s hard to find the headspace to think about what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Topics like pelvic floor disfunction, abdominal separation and prolapse can sound scary and overwhelming - I can help you with a safe and effective programme that will leave you feeling stronger in both body and mind.

A Clear Plan

How I Can Help You Achieve Your Goals
I understand that you want to be the healthiest version of yourself and set a great example for your kids. To do this, creating healthy habits that help you stay strong and healthy (even when life gets in the way) is key. The challenge is having competing priorities that leave you feeling bottom of the list and struggling for time.
I believe that to transform your health and fitness, setting realistic expectations and goals around exercise and food is key, so that you can make them a part of real life and use your mental energy on everything else going on around you. I understand you may have tried and failed in the past. That’s why I only work with women 1:1, because we need to find what works for you and your circumstances, so you we can ensure that this time you get the results you want.
FAQ's
How much does it cost?
Prices range from 129 to 199 per month, depending on what we decide together is the best option for you.
How much time do I need free each week?
It’s entirely dependent on what time you have available - there’s no point in me writing you a plan that you’re not going to be able to stick to. We’ll decide together what’s realistic for you - and we’ll adapt it if your circumstances change.
I have clients who do 2-3 x 20minute sessions per week, and others that train every other day for 45-60 minutes - they're all achieving the results they were looking for.
What If I’m not confident in the gym?
Most the reviews you’ll see on my website have come from women who had never lifted weights before training with me. I’ll tailor your programme to what you’re comfortable with, and I’ll help you build your confidence over time.
Do I need a gym membership or equipment?
The short answer is No. If you have a gym membership and the time to use it, we'll take advantage of that. If you have no equipment and no time, your plan will have shorter bodyweight workouts that you can do at home, and we'll maybe focus on nutrition more. There's no right or wrong, and there are hundreds of ways to get you results. It's my job to help you find the best way for YOU.
