Feeling Overwhelmed?

Time and time again, potential clients tell me that they just don’t know where to start.

Adding regular exercise into an already-full schedule just seems impossible.

Plus, there’s so many options, who knows what’s best to choose?

Its’ my job to make it simple, so that exercise (and nutrition) don’t become another thing to stress over.

All we aim for is:

✅ Strength training.

It’s not as exhausting as cardio, but in my opinion has a much longer list of benefits.  You’ll feel stronger and more confident.  Your posture will improve, you’ll get that all-important headspace while you’re doing it, and it’ll help your longterm health too (think bone density and joint health).

✅ 1-3 sessions a week, of anything from 20-60minutes.

Contrary to what you might have read before, there’s no magic number of sessions per week, and no magic length of time for them to last.  In reality, you’ll see results from whatever you can keep up consistently.  If that’s only 1 or 2 sessions a week for 20 minutes at a time, you can still improve your health and fitness in that time.  The important thing is that you actually get started, and keep going.

✅ Something more than you’re doing right now, so you see progress.

If you keep doing the same thing, you’ll stay right where you are.  If you’re going to add exercise into your life, we want to make sure it’s effective and that time’s well spent.  So often, people start with something that’s just not the right level for them – whether it feels like it’s not enough and not of benefit, or it’s way too much too soon and they lose all  motivation to try again.  That’s where having an experienced coach and a plan in place come in…

✅ A clear plan. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you don’t feel like you have direction.

If you don’t know what to do, or why you’re doing it, it’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed.  It’s even more frustrating if you have a goal but you don’t know how to reach it, or what to expect in reality.  Again, that’s where I come in.  I work with women who feel overwhelmed and don’t know how to reach their health and fitness goals in a clear and straightforward way.  Having a plan, and making sure it’s adaptable for when life gets in the way, gives you that direction that’s lacking.

If that sounds like something you need, drop me a message, or book a free call. I’m here to help 🙂
