✨5 Top Tips to Boost Your Energy Levels✨
This is probably the question I get asked the most, and the number one goal that women tell me they’re looking for.
I know these things are FAR easier said than done, but, I promise that just working on one of these WILL make a difference!
1) Food. Think quality and quantity. What are you fuelling yourself with? Is it nutritious enough, is it enough based on the activities you’re asking your body to do daily?
2) Restful moments through the day. Are you constantly running from thing to thing? Do you stop to take a breath, to give your body and mind a chance to catch up? Do you ever stop and reflect, for example with something like journalling? These small moments add up to make a massive difference.
3) Sleep. Again, think quality as well as quantity. Are you getting as much sleep as you need? How do you wind down before bed?
4) Don’t skip movement! I know it’s really tempting when you’re tired or at the end of a long day to skip your workout or give the lunchtime walk a miss. But, there’s a good chance that this is just the thing that’s going to give you the energy that you’re looking for!
5) Be kind to yourself. Don’t give yourself a hard time if you’re constantly feeling run down and tired all the time. Stop. Reflect. Look after yourself!
